We are delighted to unveil the new Summer Menu at Olympos Naoussa, a celebration of seasonal produce, bold creativity, and timeless Greek tradition.

Executive Chef Dimitris Tasioulas draws inspiration from land and sea, reimagining classic Mediterranean flavors with refined technique and contemporary elegance. The menu features dishes such as seafood dolmas with crab, rice, and sea urchin sauce, grilled octopus with smoked eggplant cream, and “Reimagined Gemista” with confit tomato, herbs, and Grevena feta. Rich main courses like moussaka with Black Angus ribeye, summer vegetables, and airy béchamel sit alongside vibrant vegetable creations and delicately prepared seafood. Desserts bring the experience full circle, with highlights like pistachio baklava, rosewater ice cream, and notes of Eastern aromatics.

This new menu is a tribute to Olympos Naoussa’s legacy, blending nostalgia and innovation in every bite.
